you would be better off buying new with a car like that if you plan on keeping for a while.

Spending the 60g is more appealing then the 120, cuz that 120 will be worth 60 in a few years ne ways

And think of how many engines u can replace with the 60g u saved, u can bounce that bitch off the rev limiter all day and feel like ur still saveing money

Centerlines have kept up with gold as an investment.

Centerlines and gold don't belong in the same sentence.

Really? In the mid 90s gold was under 400 an ounce and centerlines were 600/700. Now gold is 1700 ish and people want close to 2000 for clean set of centerlines locally. So it an apt comparison

Perhaps it is when you put it that way I just happen to think they look tack as fuck. I'd rather have gold myself...

that works if you don't think about the bottom line. If you buy new and keep for x number of years untill you are out of all the extended warranty and maint plans of today you are into the car for $0 extra, and can still get a decent resale value since it was well taken care of 100% by dealer

Or wait till you can buy for half, then keep for same number of years paying all the maint cost out of pocket which is a huge cost on that type of car if you maintain it properly, keep for same number of years as above, and then maybe sell for 5-8k like you can buy any other 120k euro car for that is 15 years+ old, probably less.

The interior being small i think was the common theme. Im not sure mechanically . My wife had a m3 cab but wanted an m6 but nobody had anything good to say. They look awesome either way. Aside from verts with nice wheels imo they are looking dated now with the new ones out

Find one that has been fastidiously maintained and mile it out to the point where it reaches the point of diminishing returns. Two catalytic converters need replacing to the tune of $2400?, back it down a boat launch and set it on fire.

Then move on to something else.

I purchased a performance car that came off a 2 year lease and was driven by a woman. They even gave me her name and I talked to he, also saw all the maintenance records. It is possible to get a good one, also I will be using it as week-end driver driver anyway.
