Default Pony R's for sale

4 bolt Pony R's for sale
the hatch is going full time drag trim with the new suspension setup so somebody else might as well have the chance to run a sick looking wheel on their foxbody

would make a good christmas present to yourself

fronts are 17x8 with 5.5" backspace with almost new Nexen 245/45/17 tires
rears are 17x10 with 6.4" backspace with bald Nitto 315/35/17 tires

315's fit with eibach pro lowering springs, outer fender rolled and inner massaged a bit.

275's fit with no modifications and on the 10" rim still looked very large on a foxbody

$1000 firm

I'd buy them but my piss ant has a hard time lighting up pristine "16 polished ponies as it is.

I hate selling shit as I don't like dealing with strangers rapping on my door on football Sunday.

Good deal bumpity bumpity

oh ya and for people running double duty on the street and at the track, the rears allow you to run longer wheel studs and still fit the caps on, and I have some spacers I'll throw in for the fronts that allow the caps to fit on the front with longer wheels studs

Joking not lying Kyle As much as I want these rims/tires on my car I can't justify spending a grand on myself at Christmas time when that's essentially my spending budget for gifts as it is lol. They would look sooooooooooo good on my car though. 16" polished ponies are fine for now, not a scratch on 'em

Because sometimes understated silver in a bigger rim looks better?

drums and axles from a wrecker for $100 and new rotors from lordco should be about $100 for the pair.

Be that as it may, even Brook's offer as good as it is on here is too rich for my blood at the moment. The 2K + upgrade cost on install will take a backseat until next season. I'm more focussed on upping the jang factor.

And yes Brian, everyone knows I don't own a fox GLWS

you dont have money for a brake swap? I got 4 lug discs and did it year and years ago and still did it for under 800 and that was with buying a whole 93 cobra diff from grip

The quote of mine there was in response to Brian. He's asking 2K for his rims. I factored that in with the approximate cost of parts and labour to have the 5 lug disc swap done and came up with roughly 3 grand when all was said and done. At this point as much as I'd like those rims (or the less expensive ones Brook is selling) that money would be better spent on performance upgrades as the polished ponies I have are pretty much perfect. I'll look into rims later on once I build a little more power.

I also posted that when it was about -10 out with the wind chill and you're obviously capable working on cars. My capabilities are more or less relegated to brakes, tune up type shit, and oil changes. Good luck with whatever it is you're working on today, I'm off to go buy all the provisions we need for the Grey Cup tomorrow

Located in Midlothian, TX. I can't go that low yet. I have well over $20,000 and I have people trying to give me $3000 for the wheels and tires since you can't get them anymore. I will keep your offer in mind though.

Thanks,

Jesse
