Default Hard Time changing pass.side plugs

I have changed the driver side plugs with ease. But i'm cautious to even take a try at the passeger side. my car has BBK shorty headers. I know you gotta take the intake pipe off, but then the headers seem way too bulky to work around.
What tools or methods should I use. I have basic tools. Thanks

you obviously bore it .010" then finish hone it, then put an elastic on the diegrinder trigger and dangle that bitch into the bore and watch bounce around in there...thats how you get the .5
